Refunds & after-sales
- Auto-delivered goods: cards / recharge products are non-refundable once delivered (code revealed or recharge done). Please verify before ordering.
- Order failed / not delivered: the amount is automatically refunded to your balance — no request needed.
- Recharge not credited: first confirm the status on Track Order; if it's truly abnormal, contact support with your order number.
- Invalid / unusable code: keep proof (screenshots) and contact support to verify; if it's a platform issue we'll re-issue or refund.
Notes
- Crypto payments are irreversible — always pay using the shown network and amount.
- Losses from incorrect details (account / region / email) cannot be covered — please double-check.
- Bans by third-party platforms (games / publishers) for violating their terms are outside our after-sales scope.
