This Refund Policy explains when an order placed on YouToGame can be refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Nature of digital products

We sell digital goods (codes, top-ups, gift cards). They are delivered electronically and, once delivered or revealed/redeemed, generally cannot be returned or refunded, because they cannot be "given back".

When you may be eligible for a refund

• You paid for an order but it was not delivered (and cannot be delivered).
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
• The product is confirmed faulty / invalid through no fault of yours, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

When a refund is not available

• You provided an incorrect recharge account, region, or recipient email, and the product was delivered accordingly.
• The code has already been revealed, redeemed, or used.
• Account suspensions or bans imposed by third-party platforms (game publishers, stores), which are outside our control.
• Change of mind after a product has been delivered.

How to request a refund

Contact our live support with your order number and the email used to place the order, describing the issue. Please reach out as soon as possible after the order.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method where possible. Cryptocurrency payments may be refunded to your site balance. The time to appear depends on the payment provider. We may withhold or decline refunds where abuse or fraud is suspected.
