How do I buy 流放之路：降临?+
Select the product, country/region and denomination, fill in the order details and complete payment. After payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order and complete digital delivery based on the product type.
What if I enter the wrong top-up account or game ID?+
The top-up is delivered directly to the account you enter, so please double-check the account / game ID and server before paying. Top-ups sent to a wrong account usually cannot be recovered — if unsure, contact live chat to confirm before ordering.
How soon will I receive the code?+
Most orders are completed within a short time after payment is confirmed. Actual processing time may be affected by payment confirmation, stock, supplier handling or blockchain confirmations.
What payment methods are supported?+
We currently support cryptocurrency payments such as USDT, BTC and ETH. The available payment methods shown at checkout apply.
Can I request a refund?+
Refund eligibility depends on the order status and product type. Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, displayed, topped up or redeemed, it is generally non-refundable. Please see the Refund Policy for details.

What if the code does not work?+
If a code cannot be redeemed before first use, please keep the relevant screenshots and order number and contact support to verify and assist.
Why is my order still processing?+
The order may be awaiting payment confirmation, blockchain confirmation, security review or supplier handling. If it exceeds the estimated processing time, please contact support.
