Supplier cooperation (supply onboarding)
We continuously seek quality suppliers to enrich our catalog — mobile airtime, gift cards, retail & lifestyle vouchers, game points / keys, direct top-ups and more. Suppliers with stable inventory and proper qualifications are welcome.
Ways to supply
- API supply: provide a standardized recharge / voucher API (place order, query, callback); we integrate it and fulfill automatically.
- Bulk card-key supply: supply card-keys in stable denominations for us to import into inventory and sell.
Cooperation rules
- Legal entity: a legitimate business able to sign a supply contract; branded vouchers require proof of authorized sourcing.
- Stable supply: reliable delivery with a high success rate (≥ 99% recommended), with real-time stock and pricing.
- Settlement & reconciliation: prepaid or credit-term settlement, with order lookup and periodic statements.
- After-sales & compensation: a clear SLA for invalid keys / failed top-ups; failed orders must be refundable.
- Compliance: lawful sourcing only — no cash-out, money-laundering-prone or otherwise non-compliant categories; small test orders are accepted before scaling.
Settlement & risk control
We adopt a gradual model: small test orders → trial run → scale up. Prepaid funds and reconciliation are kept transparent, and abnormal orders are compensated per contract. Actual wholesale prices, settlement cycles and compensation standards are governed by the signed supply agreement.
